Shimla Crunch is owned by the Khalain Family of the Kalbog-Baghi Apple Belt and has been producing quality fruits for 4 generations now. Back in the day, our late great-grandfather Sh. Misroomal Khalain used to take his produce to Delhi in wooden boxes and would stay there for about a month with no contact with his family. He always made sure that he inspected the apples and only the best produce made it to the market.
